Participants are:
- Newly licensed graduate nurses.
- RN's with less than two years recent inpatient experience.
Components include:
- Advanced Clinical Concepts course.
- Ventilator course.
- Basic Arrhythmia course.
- ACLS.
- IV Certification.
- Precepted clinical experiences.
Requires two-year RN employment commitment upon successful completion of fellowship.
