We know how important it is to get the employee back on the job after an injury. We provide acute injury treatment followed by strengthening and conditioning programs and job simulation that prepare the injured employee for a safe return to work.

Injury Management Includes:

Acute injury evaluation and treatment immediately following the injury.

Physical reconditioning in the form of a regimen of strengthening and conditioning activities to develop the body to pre-injury levels.

Work conditioning program directed by a physical therapist, to help the worker get conditioned and correct body mechanics that are job specific.

Functional capacity evaluations determines a worker's readiness and capability to return to his/her job. A functional assessment of abilities, such as lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, etc.

Job site analysis with an assessment of the work site can be done by our physical therapists who suggest ways to adapt the workstation to the worker's safe capabilities.

Ergonomic Programs. We offer assistance in setting up your company's ergonomic program. This would include a walk through of the site, consultation, and recommendations on specific compliance issues and education provided by a physical therapist with over 20 years experience in industrial rehabilitation and ergonomics.

Workstation analysis. For an individual who is uncomfortable at a specific workstation, we make cost-effective recommendations for improvements that prevent further injury.

Work conditioning. Our physical therapist works with your employees at your work site to condition and correct body mechanics for his or her safe return to work and to prevent re-injury.

Worksite treatment Services. We offer treatment services in your business or industry to decrease the amount of time your employee is away from their job. This also enables our physical therapist to work closely with you to prevent injuries.
