Dr. Hoffman is a graduate of the University of Utah School of Medicine. Specializing and board-certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Hoffman completed his residency at the Dartmouth/Hitchcock Medical Center, and his fellowship at the University of Utah in total joint revision. John H. Bailey, MD
