The primary mission of the Medical Library is to support patient care and staff education at Susquehanna Health by providing easy and timely access to authoritative, up-to-date knowledge-based information. We welcome patients, family members, and other walk-in visitors.
Who May Use The Library
The Medical Library serves Susquehanna Health physicians, nursing staff, managers and other professionals from all campuses and departments. The library is open to all Susquehanna Health personnel and to the general public, although certain services and privileges are not offered to non-Susquehanna Health users. The library has a cooperative borrowing arrangement, with certain restrictions, with academic and special libraries in the Susquehanna Library Cooperative. Anyone visiting the library for the first time should register at the Circulation Desk.
Where We Are
The Medical Library is located on the first floor of the East Building at Williamsport Regional Medical Center, 777 Rural Avenue, Williamsport. The nearest entrance is the Outpatient Services/Cardiovascular Center entrance across from Parking Lot C on Rural Avenue.
