Dilip K. Elangbam, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Elangbam is actively involved in the residents' healthcare needs. His private practice is located in the Muncy Valley Hospital, which is connected to our facility. In this way, he is able to make daily visits to the Skilled Nursing Unit, receive updates on any issues involving residents or their loved ones as well as check on residents who may need services from the hospital.

Anne Holladay

Administrator

Anne is the Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) for our Skilled Nursing Unit and is responsible for its daily operations. She received her NHA license in 1990 and is a Certified Nursing Home Administrator (CNHA) by the American College of Health Care Administrators. Anne supports an "open door policy" and maintains open relationships with residents and their families.

Bobbie Woolcock, RN

Director of Nursing

Bobbie oversees nursing care delivery. She monitors nursing care and services to ensure safe and compassionate care are delivered. She strives to remain up to date with current standards and best practices. Bobbie rounds on the units daily to ensure resident needs are met efficiently and concerns are addressed timely.

Melissa Jones, RN

Assistant Director of Nursing

Melissa's primary responsibility is to make sure the clinical needs our residents are being met. She has worked for Susquehanna Health since 2001. Melissa earned her BS in Nursing from East Carolina University. Her special interests in nursing are geriatrics and informatics.

Barbara Hunter

Admissions Coordinator

Barb meets with potential new residents and their loved ones. She gives personal tours of the facility explaining the details of daily living at the Skilled Nursing Unit as well as the clinical services offered. Outlining the admission process for families, Barb answers financial questions and reviews any consents that may be needed from a potential resident's family member. Upon request, Barb may visit potential residents and their loved ones in their homes, the hospital or another nursing facility to discuss their needs and how we can address them in our Skilled Nursing Unit.

Kelly Shultz, MSN, CRNP

Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner

Kelly's primary responsibilities include caring for our residents. She has experience in both acute and chronic conditions and works in collaboration with physicians to provide safe and compassionate care. Kelly graduated from Geisinger School of Nursing, attended Lycoming College for her BSN and Widener University for her MSN. She is also board-certified in Family Practice by American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Tammy Sheehan

Resident Activities Manager

Tammy and her team specialize in providing a wide range of services to residents. Through a blend of individualized activities, specialized programming, and general group activities, Tammy works to improve the quality of life, dignity, and function of our residents.
