The Challenge at Crystal Lake is a 15 mile endurance hike/trail run in Northcentral Pennsylvania designed to appeal to the hard-core trail runner, dedicated hiker or those who are reasonably fit and out for a real challenge. The course stretches up and over the Endless Mountains, through Crystal Lake’s 960 wooded acres with two lakes and a variety of trails ranging from easy to difficult.

Directions

From Route 80 east or west, exit onto Route 180 north. At exit 13 take route 405 north to Hughesville. Go north on 220 in Hughesville. In Tivoli turn left in front of the camp sign on Highland Lake Road and proceed 7 miles on Highland Lake Road and bearing right at any intersections. At the end of a large open meadow, you will see the camp gate way. The camp is another 1 ½ miles further on.
