Microsoft Teams Meeting
Join Donna Thomas, Exercise Specialist/Program Coordinator, for Chair Yoga. We will be using a chair as a prop, to improve strength, flexibility, reduce stress and improve mental clarity. Postures will be preformed while seated or with the aid of a chair used for stability. Final stretches will be done seated or lying on yoga mat, ending the yoga practice with final relaxation/meditation. Modifications will be shown throughout the practice to meet your fitness needs.
