Quality Reports in Cancer Treatment
CoC Standard 1.12 Public Reporting of Outcomes
The CoC's Cancer Program Practice Profile Reports (CP3R) offer CoC-Accredited cancer programs a platform from which to promote continuous practice improvement of quality of patient care and also permits hospitals to compare their care for cancer patients relative to that of other providers. The goal is to identify potential gaps in care and delivery and to implement the best practices that will diminish disparities in cancer care. (Source: American College of Surgeons)
