Rehabilitation
Our staff of rehabilitation nurses, aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists provide services to help patients become more independent in their home.
Physical Therapy - Physical therapists help adults and children regain their strength and abilities after an illness, injury or surgery.
Occupational Therapy - Occupational therapists help patients restore their independence with daily living skills such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals and using home medical equipment.
Speech Therapy - Speech therapists assist patients with swallowing and communication disorders to help them improve their skills.
Risk Assessments
Movement Awareness - Learn how to function better with more energy and less pain.
Pain and Limitations - Investigate causes and prevention of musculoskeletal problems.
Bridge Program
This program is for patients with a life- limiting illness or terminal disease. Nurses work with patients who are still receiving aggressive disease treatment and are not yet ready to embrace the Hospice philosophy.
