At UPMC Susquehanna our pediatricians, nurses, and other providers are here to care for and meet the needs of your child. We will do everything we can to make your child's visit with us as comfortable and pleasant as possible. From well and sick child visits to care for illness and injuries, our team of skilled pediatricians are dedicated to helping children of all ages regain health and optimal wellness.
UPMC Susquehanna’s Pediatrics offers complete healthcare services for children and adolescents from birth to 21 years of age.
It is important to promote good health to developing children. During well-child visits, we will discuss important issues for your child and your family. We can answer questions you have about topics including:
- Family relationships
- Child care
We provide all of the immunizations, or shots, your children need to prevent serious illnesses such as whooping cough, measles and hepatitis. If your child received immunizations somewhere else, please bring a record of those shots with you.
24/7 Nurse Triage
If you want advice, please contact our office at any time of the day, any day of the week. A registered nurse is available to answer any medical questions and make an appointment, if necessary.
Appointments are made by calling (570) 321-2810 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please call us if you will be late for a scheduled appointment.
Walk-in appointments are available for sick children or for issues that cannot wait. We will try to get your child seen as soon as possible. Walk-in appointments are available during our regular office hours.

Who will see my child?
Each child and family is assigned a doctor or nurse practitioner. Whenever possible, the same healthcare professional will see your child for scheduled and sick visits. However, if your doctor or nurse practitioner is unavailable, another member of the team will see your child.
